The Applicant requests a Variance from Article IV, Section 406 for relief from the front yard setback to allow the construction of a house 25-feet from the front property line where 35-feet is required. Property owner: Deborah S. Schreck, Trustee of Deborah S. Schreck Revocable Trust/1999. This case is continued, at the request of the Applicant, from the March 22, 2011 Meeting, in order to respond to Board requests for additional information.
